Engineered to be durable and beautiful

Kore's Laminate starts with AC4-rated super high density fiberboard with the Uniclic Locking System for simple installation. From there, a host of other features add to the laminate planks' resistance to fading, staining, and wear.

We're so confident about its durability that we offer the 30-Year Kore Promise on all of our Laminate flooring.

Kore Laminate Features

Choose from 15 Colors & Styles

Laminate flooring has come a long way in the last few years, and 12mm Laminate is no exception. Manufacturing technology has allowed for even more realistic features like embossed wood graining and the gentle contours of rustic, handscraped planks.

Our laminate is available in 4 unique series and over 15 color options.

Installation is a Snap!

Kore Flooring’s Laminate uses Uniclic® technology, a revolutionary system for installing laminate floors without glue or fasteners - simply snap the planks together. The only tools needed are a hammer, pull bar, utility knife, tape measure, and a saw.

There are other important tips for preparing your Laminate, subfloor, and for the installation process itself.

Full Line of Trims & Moldings

Something as basic as the right style of molding can make all the difference in adding flow and continuity to a room, as well as a sense of unity to an interior.

We offer a complete selection of trims in each color pattern to make your flooring transitions seamless and beautiful: reducers, stair noses, T-moldings and more. Stair treads are also available on selected styles.

Our Specifications and Ratings

AC4-Rated

Kore Flooring Laminate is rated as AC4 which translates to: Commercial, General Traffic; Office, boutique, or café.

AC ratings (Abrasion Criteria) represent a laminate’s resistance to abrasion, impact, stains and cigarette burns. AC ratings also indicate that the product has been tested for the effects of furniture legs, castors, and swelling along its edges. When a laminate flooring product has a rating, then it has passed all of the test criteria. Failing just one test will disqualify a product, so be wary of discount laminates with no AC rating.

CARB2 Compliant

In 2007, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) approved a new standard of formaldehyde emission controls called the Airborne Toxics Control Measure (ATCM). The measure provides standard formaldehyde emissions ratings for all composite wood and manufactured wood products, including particleboard (PB), hardwood plywood (HWPW), medium-density fiberboard (MDF), and also from finished products manufactured with composite wood parts. The two-phase plan requires manufacturers to comply with strict standards for any product that includes a composite wood product for manufacturing, sale, use, or supply within the state of California.

ISO 9001 Compliant

The ISO 9000 family of standards addresses various aspects of quality management and contains some of ISO’s best known standards. The standards provide guidance and tools for companies and organizations who want to ensure that their products and services consistently meet customer’s requirements, and that quality is consistently improved.

ISO stands for the International Organization for Standardization, an independent, non-governmental international organization based in Geneva, with a membership of 162 national standards bodies.
